21.4.22 English Week Activity Class 4- Life Below Water

 In this activity, class 4 children recited a poem or gave a speech on the topic- ' Life Below Water.' The students highlighted how the human beings are responsible for the loss of marine life and what could be done to save it. 

in this activity, each student's speaking skill and confidence was assessed. Ms. Sakshi Goel ma'am judged the students individually according to the criteria: Content, Confidence and Pronunciation.






















21.4.22 Class 5 English Week Activity- This is how it begins...

 In this activity, students of class 5 were divided into groups of 6. Each group was given a story opener. 

Group A- Begin with action/ dialogue

Group B- Ask a question

Group C- Describe the setting

Group D- Begin with background information

Group E- Have the main character introduce himself

Each group wrote their own story in genre of their choice, starting with the given story opener.  Through this activity, speaking and creative writing skills of students were tested. Ms. Sakshi Goel ma'am judged the groups according to the judgement criteria: Content, Audience, Sentence Structure/ Punctuation.

18.4.22 Class 5 Activity- NOUN STORY

 Students of class 5 were divided into groups of 5. Each group was given a noun category, for example: Common, Proper, Abstract, Collective, Countable, Uncountable. Each group found nouns form their surroundings and used them to compose their own story.
