Students of Class 5 learnt features of Biography by reading an article on Tamana, a differently abled kindergarten teacher from Primary Plus Newspaper.
Students were divided into groups of 4. Each group was given Primary Plus newspaper. They read the biography, discussed and marked relevant information in it. Then they wrote the bio sketch in their own words.
They learnt that a biography is the non fiction story of a person's life written by somebody else. It is written in chronological order. It is a true story based on facts.
