24.10.25 Class 5 Curriculum Activity- Information Text

 Information Text Activity was conducted in Class 5. Students, in groups chose one topic of their choice, collected information and presented it on paper. The benefits of the activity are:

1. Improves reading comprehension: Students learn to extract relevant information, identify main ideas, and understand the author's purpose.

2. Develops critical thinking: Information texts encourage students to analyze, evaluate, and interpret information, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

3. Enhances vocabulary: Exposure to various texts helps students expand their vocabulary and understand complex terminology.

4. Fosters research skills: Students learn to locate, evaluate, and use information from different sources, preparing them for future research projects.

5. Encourages effective communication: Information text activities help students convey their ideas, opinions, and findings clearly and concisely.
