29.10.24 Class 3 Special Assembly- Vibrant Diwali Celebration

 On 29 October, 2024 Cambridge Wing of DAVPS celebrated Diwali with great enthusiasm. Class 3 students presented a captivating musical adaptation of the Ramayan, showcasing their talent in acting, singing and dancing.

1. *Musical Ramayan*: Students narrated the epic tale through melodious songs and energetic performances.

2. *Bhajan Recitals*: Soulful renditions of traditional Diwali bhajans filled the atmosphere with devotion.

3. *Dazzling Dance Performances*: Colorful costumes and synchronized movements added to the festive spirit.

The assembly was well-received by students and teachers. Principal Ma'am applauded the students' efforts, emphasizing the significance of Diwali's values: triumph of good over evil and unity.

21.10.24- Curriculum Activity- Class 5- Digital Presentation of Information Text on Black Holes.

 Class 5 students delivered an impressive PowerPoint presentation on black holes, showcasing their curiosity and knowledge. With engaging visuals and clear narration, they explained the formation, characteristics, and types of black holes, including stellar and supermassive ones. The students also touched upon fascinating concepts like event horizons, gravitational pull, and the mysteries surrounding these cosmic phenomena. Their confidence, teamwork, and enthusiasm earned applause from teachers and peers alike, demonstrating a commendable grasp of complex astronomical concepts.

18.10.24 Class 4- Activity- Poem Life Below Water

The Class 4 students of DAVPS, Cambridge showcased their creativity and appreciation for marine life through a poem rendition activity, "Life Below Water," held on 18 October, 2024 at Class IV, 3rd Floor. Judged by guest judge Mrs. Harshita Mishra, parent of Iri Mishra from Class 3, the event assessed students on expression, voice modulation, poem interpretation, diction, and stage presence. The judge appreciated students’ efforts with special mentions for creative hand gestures and confident stage presence. The activity fostered public speaking skills, creativity, and teamwork, with Mrs. Mishra praising students' enthusiasm and emphasizing expression, tone, and confidence. The event's success has encouraged plans for regular poetry recitation activities, guest speakers on marine life conservation, and visual projects related to the theme, showcasing the students' talent and passion for poetry.
